The “Thiseio” project is an interior architectural renovation completed in 2019. The apartment, with an area of 52 square meters, is located in the historical center of the Thiseio area. It is an apartment on the 2nd floor of a three-storey corner block of flats.
The renovation included the complete renewal of the kitchen and bathroom, while the mosaic floors in the kitchen and entrance were restored and repaired. The wooden floor in the living room and bedroom was also preserved and repaired, giving a warm and welcoming environment. An energy upgrade was carried out to make the apartment self-sufficient, while the kitchen and wardrobes were designed in a contemporary style that combines functionality and aesthetics. Architectural study, internal study and implementation study were carried out to achieve the desired results. The piece of furniture was handcrafted, with an emphasis on adding unique elements to the space. In addition, furniture was reused, giving a sense of sustainability and waste reduction.
This project represents a sophisticated interior architectural renovation, highlighting the building’s historical value and creating a modern, comfortable and functional space for its residents.
